Aphex continues to expand Hy-IQ™ production at Port Richey facility

Aphex BioCleanse Systems Inc. has recently announced the continuation of Hy-IQ™ production at its facility at Port Richey, Florida. Headquartered in New York, Aphex is a medical devices and equipment company that has been efficiently and rapidly offering its services to the U.S. and Canadian customers.

As per the recent announcement, the company is focusing on continuing the buildout and expanding the production of the germ-killing, hydrogen-based, non-toxic, non-alcoholic formula, Hy-IQ™. It has completed the development of the buildout design, while the General Contracting work is expected to commence in the near future.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of Aphex BioCleanse Systems, David J Weaver, the company has been maintaining an efficient production since March 2020. For the record, it has shipped and produced over 2 hundred 275 Gallon Totes since March, owing to its enhanced manufacturing capacity. In addition to the existing capacity, it will also be able to produce over 90 totes of its solutions in a day from its new manufacturing facility in Florida, which include RTU (Ready-to-Use) solutions. It will also be able to ship the Concentrate solutions with a 10x increase in capacity in the United States as well as across the globe. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has led to a significant increase in demand for the alcohol-free sanitizers. Owing to the high benefits, Hy-IQ can be considered an important disinfectant discovery since chlorine was discovered in 1774.

Aphex has developed its proprietary, germ-killing, broad-based formula, which is trademarked as Hy-IQ ™ Water. This hydrogen-based, non-alcohol, non-toxic, trade secret formulation performs a unique method of action. It uses hydrogen ions that travel at the speed of light to breach the exoskeleton germs’ cell walls. As per the prior testing of the formula, it has been proven to possess the ability to effectively kill a wide range of pathogens.
